Des jours inoubliables
Des jours inoubliables
An hour I have wandered among old events, among their phantoms who were once people, and the world they lived in; even their small things have never left my memory.
Des jours inoubliables
It did not last much longer. My mother, who knew best those in their final moments, whispered to me to leave now; she did not want me there at the moment the soul departed.
Des jours inoubliables
That stick will never be lost from memory: how often he shooed us grandchildren with it, or waved it angrily in our faces; we fled from him like mice, and woe to us if his hands caught up with us.
